  • Do you only need one session to get started on your journey?

  • Sign up for a one-time 60-minute session

    • During this time, Elizabeth will investigate your current health situation and needs, and work with you to develop a plan for success. Follow-up appointments are at the discretion of the client and the recommendation of the dietitian.

I’m ready for a commitment

  • Enroll in a three month membership where we work together to create reasonable and specific goals and develop a plan for success.

  • Your membership starts with an enrollment session where we deep dive into your health history, and current issues, and identify areas you are ready to change.

  • Also includes:

    • 4 follow-up appointments are scheduled at your convenience to check in, create new ideas, form new goals, and celebrate achievements

    • Personalized nutrition plan

    • Strategically merging family members’ dietary restrictions into one cohesive family meal plan.

    • Access to Restart Nutrition's wellness tools and guides for success

    • Access to Food and Lifestyle Journal with review and feedback
